These terms describe responsibilities for using Golf Event HQ across public event pages, dashboards, sponsor workflows, scoring, and communications.

Using the service
Golf Event HQ provides tools for planning, publishing, operating, promoting, sponsoring, scoring, and reporting on golf events. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and using the service lawfully.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers and clubs are responsible for event details, registration rules, refund policies, player communications, sponsor commitments, course logistics, and compliance with local requirements.
Participant and sponsor content
Users may upload or submit profile details, registrations, sponsor assets, messages, scoring data, and event materials. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.
Payments and third-party services
Some workflows may connect to payment, email, SMS, analytics, hosting, or other third-party providers. Their separate terms may apply when those services are used.
No refunds for event passes and subscriptions
Event passes and Golf Club Unlimited subscriptions are sold on a non-refundable basis. All fees are charged in advance and are final once paid. This includes an event pass that is never applied to an event or that lapses unused after its validity period, a subscription period during which you did not run an event or use the platform, and any remaining portion of a subscription period after you cancel. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund or prorate the period already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends. Nothing here limits any refund right you have that cannot be waived under the consumer protection laws of your country or state.
Golfer registration fees
The section above covers what organizers pay Golf Event HQ. It does not govern entry fees, ticket prices, or other amounts golfers, teams, and sponsors pay an organizer for an event. Those are collected by the organizer under the organizer's own refund policy, and refund requests for them should go to the organizer running the event, not to Golf Event HQ.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the product, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, send unlawful communications, or use Golf Event HQ to misrepresent an event or sponsor relationship.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Golf Event HQ reliable, but features may change, pause, or become unavailable as we improve the platform, respond to security needs, or maintain infrastructure.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Golf Event HQ is not responsible for indirect losses, event cancellations, third-party service outages, or inaccurate information supplied by users.
